RDC MEMBERSHIP
The RDC IX is composed of the following members:
a. The governors of Zambonga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay;
b. The city mayors Dapitan, Dipolog, Isabela, Pagadian and Zamboanga;
c. The mayor of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay;
d. The presidents of the provincial league of mayors of Zamboanga Peninsula;
e. Regional directors of the following agencies:
- Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
- Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT)
- Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)
- Department of Agriculture (DA)
- Department of Budget and Management (DBM)
- Department of Education (DepEd)
- Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)
- Department of Finance (DOF)
- Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
- Department of Health (DOH)
- Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)
- Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
- Department of Science and Technology (DOST)
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
- Department of Tourism (DOT)
- Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC)
- Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC)
- National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)
- Presidential Management Staff (PMS)
- Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
f. Private sector representatives (PSRs), at least one of whom shall be a representative of the Labor Sector, who shall comprise one-fourth of the members of the fully constituted council.
II. Special Members
The RDC, subject to the concurrence of majority of its regular members, may designate special non-voting members of the council.
